Artisanal Production of Regional Sausages
In our semi-industrial production unit, we produce a wide range of Alentejo regional sausages, both national white pork and Alentejo black pig. We use high-quality regional raw materials, carefully selected through a rigorous selection process. Our sausages are cured in a traditional smokehouse, using holm oak wood, and carefully respect the curing times, ensuring flavor and authenticity.
